Do you have a “lead” time before I ship my parts to you?
No. You can send your parts to us at any time, but please complete the online quote form or contact us before sending any parts to us.
How much will this cost?
When giving an estimate, there are many factors that determine the cost of your paint job, and each job is estimated differently. We take into consideration what type of bike you have, what parts you want painted, what paint job you would like, etc. Once we understand the scope of the work , we can give you a good idea of paint and design costs. But rest assured, we offer GREAT work at competitive pricing!
What type of materials do you use?
We use only the highest-quality PPG paints available and our powder coat materials are the highest-end Cardinal and Prismatic. We use House of Kolor polyurethane base coat and our body shop supplies are all 3M products. When it comes to our metal work, only the highest quality substrates are used.
What about clear coats?
Clear coats are highly recommended for that glass-like finish and are most likely a must for detailed graphics. This is the final piece of protection for your paint.
How long before I get my parts back?
Typically 30 days or less, depending on the detail of the paint job and how many parts are being painted.
How do you ship the parts back?
Return shipping will be via UPS Ground. We securely wrap and protect the parts we ship. You will be contacted once your bike and/or parts are finished and shipping. At this time, if you would like to expedite shipping, those charges will be added on.
What type of warranty do you offer?
We stand behind all of our paint and clear coat jobs. Your new paint job will last you for years and years, but our standard warranty is three years on paint and powder coating. We also offer a three-year warranty on any manufacturing of custom parts. The warranty is for normal wear and tear conditions.
